Our couriers deliver 7 days a week between 10am - 7:00pm, unfortunately we can’t offer specific delivery times. 

Please order three days in advance

Delivery prices are as follows:

Kowloon  HK$110

Hong Kong Island  HK$170

New Territories  HK$150

*please note unfortunately we don’t deliver to the following area in Discovery Bay, Park Island, Ma Wan and Islands District.

*Typhoon 8 and above & Black Rainstorm Signal. Flowers will be delivered on the next available day.

In case of disputes arising out of any offers or special promotions, the decision of  The Bloem shall be final and conclusive.

Returns

In general cancellations of orders are not accepted, and bouquet deliveries are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once orders have been placed we are unable to offer refunds.
